Dedicated to patients’ dental health
Dr. Hamer was born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama. After graduating from Huntsville High School, he attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and earned a degree in Biology/Chemistry. Dr. Hamer continued his education at the University of Alabama School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree in 1999. Shortly after graduating, Dr. Hamer relocated to Tampa, Florida, where he was in private practice until 2001 when her returned to his home of Huntsville. He has been in private practice in Huntsville since his return in 2001.
Dr. Hamer is certified by both the Board of Dental Examiners of Alabama as well as the Florida State Dental Board. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association, the Huntsville-Madison County Dental society, and UAB Dental Alumni Association. To remain at the forefront of the latest advancements in the field of dentistry, Dr. Hamer attends numerous continuing education courses throughout the year.
When not in the office, Dr. Hamer enjoys a good sporting event, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
